SECURITY GUARD

Job Description:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents. Monitors and controls all traffic that comes onto the property. Verification of any visitors, vendors, family members, residents, etc. entry onto campus. Responds to community residents in the event of an emergency. Ensures that the community property is monitored and secured. Working efficiently and effectively as the job requires varied tasks. Enter work orders as needed in TELS Clears entry paths from storm debris as needed. Deliver Newspapers to resident doors throughout the building.

Job Requirements:

Must be a high school graduate. Must have excellent communication skills. Must work independently with little direct oversight. Must be able to respond professionally and confidently in the event of an emergency. Must have computer and critical thinking skills. Background checks/drug-free workplace. EOE.
