Unarmed Security Guard (PART TIME)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Security Officer to control traffic entering and exiting a private property. The officer will be responsible for monitoring access, ensuring safety on the premises, and communicating effectively with staff using a two-way radio. Candidates must be able to speak and understand proper English, follow instructions, and maintain a professional and alert presence at all times.

Responsibilities :

Check in and check out residents and staff entering or exiting the property. Monitor and control access at the front gate. Receive and log deliveries brought through the front gate. Communicate clearly and professionally using a two-way radio. Ensure all visitors follow property rules and security procedures. Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is preferred. Strong observational skills with an eye for detail to identify suspicious activity or safety hazards. NOTE:
