GSOC Officer Job Overview:

Prosegur Security is looking for Full-Time SOC Operators in the Alpharetta area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This is a critical position meant to safeguard our clients and what they value the most.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Track employee time and attendance. Monitor alarms and electronic security systems. Track the progress of security patrols. Receive calls from interior guard posts. Respond to client requests. Facilitate incident response efforts. Initiate notification and escalation procedures Document significant incidents. Perform primary analysis of operational procedures. Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Security Guard License High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have 1 year of experience as a security officer. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required. Minimum 1 year of dispatch/SOC experience required. Must have reliable transportation. Must have good communications skills. Ability to think clearly during crisis or high stress periods. Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior.
