As a Dispatch Security Professional in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will coordinate communications, monitor access activity, and support response to security-related incidents. You will use computer systems to maintain accurate records, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, document incidents, and coordinate the appropriate response with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership. Maintain accurate logs of calls, radio traffic, visitor activity, deliveries, and security-related events; prepare clear written reports as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures and communicating updates to appropriate stakeholders. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, shipping and receiving locations, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
