AW Security Services is looking for security professionals that possess superior customer service skills as they are a prerequisite for employment. Serving Hinesville, GA and the surrounding areas is a must!

Duties Include:

Applicants must be dependable, professional, able to remain calm during confrontational situations, and comfortable working in a busy nightlife environment. Previous security, nightclub, bar, military, or law-enforcement experience is preferred but not required. Check identification and assist with enforcing the venue's age and entry policies. Maintain a visible security presence to help deter fights, theft, disorderly conduct, and other disturbances. Monitor guests throughout the venue and identify potentially unsafe or disruptive behavior. Professionally de-escalate verbal disputes and conflicts before they become physical. Assist management with removing disruptive or unauthorized individuals from the property in accordance with company policy. Monitor parking areas, entrances, exits, and other designated areas as assigned. Help maintain clear emergency exits and prevent overcrowding in restricted areas. Immediately report fights, threats, suspicious activity, property damage, or safety hazards to management. Contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary and follow established emergency procedures. Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity reports when required. Work cooperatively with bartenders, servers, management, and other security personnel. Maintain a professional, alert, and customer-service-oriented demeanor throughout the shift. Follow all AW Security Services LLC policies, post orders, and applicable North Carolina security regulations.
