Welcome and assist all guests, parents, and students on our campus in a manner consistent with the mission of NCCS Provide a positive first impression of NCCS to all guests Serve our guests, parents, and students by determining their individual needs and providing assistance that will ensure the finest experience on our campus, utilizing all necessary resources to achieve this goal Assist with the daily operations of NCCS (ie. carline and parking) and major on-campus special events. Offer assistance with special projects on an as-needed basis Comply with policies as stated in the Employee Agreement and in the Employee Handbook Contribute to the School's Improvement Plan by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives Maintain organized, safe, and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; implementing annual checkout procedures and record keeping Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising school administration of needed actions Know the procedures for dealing with issues of an emergency nature Other duties as assigned by theDirector of Security or Administration Hours:
The position would follow a rotating schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 PM
- 11:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM
- 4:00 PM Hours are subject to change depending on events, weather, and school holidays.
