Duties Conduct regular patrols of the facility to monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety hazards. Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee all critical areas continuously. Manage access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for employees, visitors, and contractors. Respond promptly to emergency situations by following established procedures, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security concerns or occurrences during shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance technology, CCTV operation, and access control systems. Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and Taser use are preferred. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and physical security measures. Strong conflict de-escalation skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively and professionally. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and fire safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for incident report writing and customer service interactions. Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties and respond swiftly in high-pressure situations.
