As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver Response in Lithonia, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site requirements; maintain accurate logs and direct individuals to appropriate locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Observe and report potential security-related concerns, facility hazards, and policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
