Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe and record activities across the site for ongoing security monitoring. Respond swiftly to emergency situations by executing established procedures including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences with clarity and accuracy. Perform background checks on new hires or vendors as part of the screening process to uphold safety standards. Utilize conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills to resolve disputes peacefully and professionally. Skills Proven experience with surveillance technology including CCTV systems and access control platforms. Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and collaboration with local authorities during incidents. Certified in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and fire safety protocols. Skilled in manual handling and heavy lifting to manage equipment or assist in emergency situations safely. Ability to operate non-lethal weapons such as Tasers or firearms following strict safety regulations. Strong understanding of physical security measures including patrolling routines and perimeter checks. Excellent customer service skills combined with clear communication abilities for engaging with visitors and team members professionally.
