PM What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a healthcare medical office location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance to patients and visitors as needed. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
