Unarmed Security Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and attentive Industrial Plant Watch to provide security monitoring at an industrial complex in Nashville, Georgia. The Security Guard will be stationed in a guard shack and will be responsible for monitoring entrance and exit activity, observing security cameras, maintaining accurate records of personnel entering and leaving the property, and responding appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations. This position requires someone who can remain alert and attentive throughout an overnight shift, work independently, maintain a professional demeanor, and protect confidential information regarding the company, its employees, operations, and activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor security cameras covering entrances, exits, and designated areas of the property. Observe and document employees, managers, contractors, and other authorized personnel entering and leaving the property. Maintain accurate daily logs and records of incoming and outgoing personnel. Verify and monitor access to the property in accordance with established company procedures. Remain attentive to unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activity. Monitor the property throughout the overnight shift and report security concerns promptly. Respond appropriately to emergencies, accidents, disturbances, or other emergent situations. Contact local law enforcement, fire department, emergency medical services, or other appropriate authorities when necessary. Immediately notify designated company management of significant incidents or emergencies. Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, personnel, incidents, security procedures, and other information observed or learned while on duty. Complete required incident reports and shift documentation accurately and promptly. Maintain communication with company management and/or designated contacts as required. Follow all company security policies, procedures, and post orders. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with employees, managers, visitors, and emergency personnel. Remain at the assigned security post unless authorized to leave or responding to an emergency. Perform other security-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be dependable and punctual. Must be able to work an overnight/night shift on a consistent basis. Must be able to remain alert and attentive for the duration of the shift. Must have the ability to work independently with limited direct supervision. Must have good observational and communication skills. Must be able to accurately document information and maintain written records. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Must be able to respond calmly and appropriately during emergencies. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Prior security, surveillance, monitoring, industrial, military, law enforcement, or related experience is preferred but not necessarily required. Must meet all applicable requirements for employment as an unarmed security officer in the State of Georgia. Work Environment This position is primarily stationed inside a security guard shack at an industrial complex. The majority of the shift will involve monitoring security cameras, observing property access points, documenting activity, and maintaining communication with company personnel as needed. The position requires extended periods of sitting and remaining attentive during overnight hours. The Security Guard must be prepared to respond to situations occurring on the property and contact the appropriate authorities when necessary. Confidentiality Because this position provides access to information regarding company operations, personnel, schedules, security procedures, and activities occurring on the property, strict confidentiality is required . The employee must not disclose company information, employee information, security procedures, incidents, or other confidential matters to unauthorized individuals. Violation of confidentiality requirements may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Schedule Full-Time Overnight Position Applicants must be available and willing to work scheduled overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the needs of the facility.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$10.00 per hour Full-time position. Additional employment benefits, if applicable, will be discussed during the hiring process.
