Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Security Driver in Suwanee, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. This driving position calls for clear communication, professionalism, and integrity while reporting security-related concerns. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Observe and report unusual conditions, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures. Document patrol activities, incidents, and relevant observations in clear, accurate reports.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required. At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
