Marksman Security Officers, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Acknowledge and greet all residents, and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Monitor access control, , CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 21 years of age or older A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service, professionalism and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks. An understanding of basic computer skills are a plus. Experience with report writing and documentation. Experience monitoring and surveillance. Must be comfortable standing, walking and able to lift up-to 25 lbs. A valid driver's license, if applicable.
