Job Description

Description Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This role provides the opportunity to support a broad range of legal functions, including litigation management, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Support all phases of litigation, including document collection, review, and production in coordination with outside counsel Assist in responding to subpoenas, discovery requests, and other legal inquiries Manage and organize legal documents, including implementation of document retention and tracking processes Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and support legal initiatives Maintain litigation trackers, matter summaries, and internal reporting materials Support internal investigations and compliance-related activities Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications, including collaboration with internal teams and outside counsel
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department Experience supporting litigation matters, including document management and discovery processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with legal management software is a plus Prior experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment Hanwha Q CELLS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
