This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while serving as the Lead Special Security Technician and Contractor Supervisor, providing full-spectrum Special Security Office (SSO) support for the

Special Security Program. This position manages and directs the contractor security team while ensuring rigorous protection of classified information, facilities, and personnel. This position is contingent upon the award. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $175,000 -$195,000 The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Manage and direct the contractor security team in providing full-spectrum support of the

special security program, including planning, organizing, and overseeing all administrative, personnel, physical, and information security functions Draft, review, and update security policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and emergency plans; deliver updated documents within 15 business days of triggering changes Manage full-spectrum access control for all COMPACFLT-managed SCIFs, including secure mass ingress/egress during peak traffic periods and emergency evacuations Conduct daily security walk-throughs and random, unannounced entry/exit inspections; deliver consolidated findings reports to the Government SSO weekly Oversee the SCI Personnel Security (PERSEC) program; conduct and/or oversee SCI indoctrinations and debriefings Assist with integrating foreign partners into
