Full-time / Part-time About Us Mana Security Group, Inc. provides professional security services across Maui, protecting properties, businesses, and events with integrity and aloha. We're growing and looking for dependable security officers to join our team. What You'll Do Patrol and monitor assigned properties to prevent and detect signs of intrusion Monitor entry points, control access, and check credentials as required Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies calmly and professionally Write clear, accurate incident and activity reports Provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants, and the public Operate body-worn cameras and other security equipment per company policy What We're Looking For Must be 18+ years of age Valid Hawaii Guard Card (or ability to obtain one before start date) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Strong communication skills and professional appearance Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus (not required) What We Offer Competitive pay: $18-$25/hr based on experience Consistent scheduling across Maui locations Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Supportive, team-oriented culture To Apply Submit your application through Indeed or contact Mana Security Group, Inc. directly.
