PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including public areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations. Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and vendor entry requirements, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Must meet hospital vaccination requirements. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or a baton is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
