Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Part-Time / 18 hrs/week) Are you ready to join the ultimate late-night vibe in Downtown Boise? Pandora Karaoke & Bar is rapidly becoming Boise's #1 karaoke night club , and we need a reliable, high-energy Security Guard to keep the good times rolling and the venue safe! We aren't looking for a passive wallflower or a harsh buzzkill. We need someone who brings great energy, meshes with our kickass team, and knows how to handle a room with total confidence, cool authority, and a smile.

What You'll Be Doing:

Front Door Vibe Controller:

Checking IDs at the door to ensure our strictly 21+ crowd gets in smooth and safe. Problems can always be stopped at the door. Keep the

Peace:

Monitoring the main lounge, private karaoke suites, and bar area to keep the crowd happy, orderly, and well-behaved.

De-escalation Specialist:

Calmly escorting overly intoxicated guests off the premises while maintaining a professional attitude.

Team Back-Up:

Working side-by-side with our bartenders and cocktail waitresses to resolve any floor issues, handle rowdy patrons, and ensure staff safety.

Zero-Tolerance Enforcer:

Swiftly assisting in removing any aggressive or violent customers to maintain a fun, secure environment for everyone.

Experience:

Prior experience in nightclub security, door control, or hospitality security is preferred, but we can train as necessary
