PM What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. + Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements. + Conduct regular and random patrols of facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. + Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and access-control procedures in accordance with site policies. + Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
