Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises Respond efficiently to emergency situations by following established procedures, including fire safety protocols, first aid administration, AED operation, and emergency response coordination. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events with clarity and accuracy. Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for security equipment or supplies while adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external assistance and assist in conflict de-escalation efforts to resolve disputes peacefully. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles or related fields such as military service or law enforcement is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical security tasks including patrolling, heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining compliance with security regulations. Strong communication skills for incident report writing and customer service interactions with visitors or staff. Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly while managing conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques. Physically fit with the capacity for long periods of standing, walking, or performing patrols across large areas.
