A Security Officer provides security for property at hospitals, hotels, warehouses or office buildings. Monitors entrances and patrols buildings, watches for intruders or vandals; reports building maintenance problems; deals with customers or visitors that create a disturbance in the building.
Job Summary Mobile Patrol Security Officer - Overnight SecureOne Security Services is hiring a Mobile Patrol Security Officer based out of our Crestwood, IL office. This is a driving-based security role covering multiple client sites per shift. Officers conduct exterior inspections, check-in protocols, and incident response from a company-provided patrol vehicle.

Pay:
$18.04 per hour Weekly pay / optional daily pay access
What You Will Do:
Drive assigned patrol routes to inspect commercial, industrial, and residential client properties Conduct exterior building checks, access point inspections, and parking lot patrols Observe and report hazards, violations, and suspicious activity Respond to alarms and emergency calls at assigned sites Complete patrol logs, vehicle inspection reports, and incident documentation at the end of each shift Follow property-specific post orders and reporting procedures
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record Active Illinois PERC Card (or ability to obtain before start date) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Reliable transportation to and from reporting location Ability to enter and exit a vehicle and walk exterior areas throughout the shift
