Job Summary:

As a Gate Attendant , you will be responsible for monitoring traffic entering and exiting the facility, verifying purchase receipts, and ensuring a safe and organized flow of customers, vendors, and deliveries. Your role is critical in maintaining security, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers and delivery personnel at the gate. Verify purchase receipts and ensure proper documentation of materials leaving the premises. Monitor and control vehicle access to and from the yard. Ensure compliance, safety and security policies. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing customers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized gate area. Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ High school diploma or equivalent ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills. ✅ Ability to work in various weather conditions. ✅ Basic computer skills for record-keeping (if applicable). ✅ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
