Duties/Responsibilities- Receive and verify incoming goods, documenting quality and quantity against supplier counts; report discrepancies to carrier and supervisor
- Accurately maintain shipping/receiving records and paperwork including bills of lading, returned goods, and damaged product
- Safely operate clamp truck and forklift for loading/unloading trucks and transporting materials
- Maintain organized, clean work areas and properly stack/store materials and finished goods
- Ensure pallet tags and shipments match inventory; assist with weekly inventory checks
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and drivers regarding material quality, trailer condition, and workflow
- Support production floor by delivering raw materials as needed; perform additional related duties as assigned
- Adhere strictly to safety rules, especially forklift safety and PPE requirements (steel-toed boots required; additional PPE provided onsite) Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 6-12 months relevant shipping/receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience
- Demonstrated team player, integrity, organizational planning, and strong communication skills
