09/01/2026 FT College Security Officer Per Mar Security is hiring for full-time College Campus Security Officer. Schedule is 2nd shift, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Wednesday - Sunday. 40 hours-per-week at $18.61/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor campus to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Respond to calls for service from students and staff. Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security. Address issues regarding suspicious or criminal acts. Report any facility issues to the appropriate department. Request emergency personnel for high risk situations. Other duties as assigned by site supervisor.
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older. Pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen. A valid drivers license and driving record that meets company policy. Either possess an IL PERC license, or meet state requirements to obtain one. Ability to handle physical duties of the position. Strong attention to detail.
