Flex Security Officer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Security Flex Officer to join our security team. The Flex Officer will be crucial in maintaining safety and security across various sites. This position requires a proactive individual who can adapt to different environments and respond effectively to various security challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a commitment to loss prevention.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND BE AVAILABLE

. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement when required and assist in investigations. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations. Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site regulations. Skills Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies. Background in law enforcement or military experience is preferred. Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
