In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through active patrolling, surveillance, and incident prevention. Your presence will help deter criminal activity, respond swiftly to emergencies, alarms, calls from residents, and uphold the safety standards and services of our neighborhood. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong sense of security, excellent observation skills, and a commitment to protecting people and property. Responsibilities Conduct regular mobile patrols of the premises in a marked Security vehicle. Monitor for suspicious activity or security issues, while being a visible deterrent. Respond promptly to alarms, calls from residents, emergencies, or incidents by following established emergency response procedures, and all safety protocols. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security concerns, breaches, or accidents with clarity and accuracy. Working together with local Police and Fire departments. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques while maintaining professionalism. Short distance foot patrols Skills Strong surveillance skills Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with visitors, staff, contractors, Police and Fire dept, and the general public. Proficiency in incident report writing with attention to detail and accuracy. Physical security expertise including conflict management, conflict de-escalation techniques, and law enforcement collaboration when necessary.
