Shift:

2nd Shift Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches. Manage access control systems to regulate entry and exit points, verifying credentials and maintaining logs. Write detailed incident reports promptly following any security-related events or disturbances. Respond swiftly to emergency situations, including medical incidents or fire alarms, following established procedures. Assist with conflict de-escalation and manage difficult situations professionally to maintain order. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external intervention. Ensure adherence to all security regulations, policies, and procedures at all times. Qualifications Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently. Strong skills in incident report writing with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities. Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties and heavy lifting when required. Understanding of compliance with security regulations and protocols. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts effectively.
