Associate's Degree Preferred Work Experience No minimum experience required. Licenses & Certifications Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence. Required Within orientation period must receive mandatory certification through IAHSS (International Association of Health System Safety and Security.). Required Certification in CPR CPI (Crisis Preventive intervention.) and AVADE training courses within 90 days of hire. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
