The majority of the shifts will be evenings and overnight shifts with an on-call rotation . This position provides various customer service duties with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

emergency responder walking/vehicle security patrols reporting safety hazards lock-ups/unlocks incident reports valet parking services wheelchair escorts and welfare checks Support Resident Services Team Members at reception desk as needed. Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls as needed. Generate maintenance work orders in accordance with the Work Order Policy.

Valid Drivers License required with a clean driving record. Must be 21 years of age.
