PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor and control access to facilities, production areas, and restricted spaces by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, issuing access badges or passes, and communicating access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting relevant details. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, business areas, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns. Maintain accurate logs, complete incident reports, and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding access activity, observations, and policy violations.
Minimum Requirements:
The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
