In partnership with a leading financial institution, you will provide a strong security presence through patrols, access control, and CCTV monitoring. Responsibilities Monitor entrances, exits, and high-risk areas in retail banking and insurance locations Deter theft, fraud, and suspicious activity through visible patrols Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and customer concerns Enforce company security policies, access control, and visitor procedures Operate CCTV and other security systems to support incident prevention and response Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in clear written reports Coordinate with branch management and local law enforcement when needed Provide professional, customer-focused service to clients and visitors Support emergency response, evacuations, and safety drills Follow all regulatory and company guidelines related to financial facility security Required Skills Access control CCTV monitoring Incident reporting and documentation Patrol procedures Customer service Emergency response and de-escalation Radio and security communications Basic computer literacy Observation and situational awareness Knowledge of security and safety protocols
