$24.00 per hour This is not your average security job — and it's not meant to be. Fidelis Academy & Protection Services has been selected to provide physical security for a major technology infrastructure facility in Michigan City. As we launch this new contract, we are building a team of disciplined, dependable security professionals who want to grow with us as we expand throughout Indiana and into additional states over the next 12 months. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, maintain professionalism at all times, and show up ready to perform. As our company continues to grow, advancement opportunities into roles such as Shift Lead, Site Supervisor, and other leadership positions will be available. We promote from within and invest in people who want a long-term career — not just a job. What You Will Be Doing You will provide a consistent, professional security presence.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring access points
• Conducting visitor screening and management
• Performing perimeter patrols
• Documenting incidents and observations
• Maintaining a safe, secure environment for personnel and assets This is a structured, professional setting with established procedures and post orders.

It is not event security, hospitality security, or a sit-down position. This role requires standing and/or walking for the majority of the shift. If you prefer a stationary post, this is not the right fit. If you take pride in staying active, alert, and engaged — you will excel here. Shifts Available Option 1: Part-time

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliability is non-negotiable — if you are on the schedule, you show up
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
