This position is designed for highly trained individuals seeking flexible, part-time or supplemental employment while continuing to serve their communities in a professional security capacity. Under the direction of C4SEM, if applicable, selected candidates will maintain a visible and proactive security presence, conduct patrols, monitor suspicious or unsafe conditions, enforce site-specific policies, and respond to incidents or emergencies. The position requires completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs), documenting incidents, and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency responders. Officers must exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and vigilance. Applicants must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, including criminal background investigation and drug screening. Applicants must maintain appropriate training and licensing, including an armed guard card, if applicable.
