$22.00/HR The Security Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. What You Can Expect:
Supervise and support security officers on assigned shifts. Ensure compliance with client and company policies. Conduct patrols and monitor security operations. Prepare reports and document incidents accurately. Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management. Respond to emergencies and resolve issues professionally.
Basic Requirements:
18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have a professional demeanor. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Driver Certification. Previous supervision experience is required. Security experience is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills needed. Reliable transportation needed. Must be dependable.
