Duties Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security issues or hazards Write detailed incident reports for any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities observed during shifts Respond promptly to emergency situations following established procedures, including fire alarms or medical emergencies Assist with conflict de-escalation and conflict management to resolve disputes calmly and professionally Maintain physical security through patrolling designated areas and performing manual handling tasks like heavy lifting when needed Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents to facilitate effective resolution Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property Qualifications Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and effectively Strong incident report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicts professionally and de-escalate tense situations Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, patrol large areas, and perform necessary manual tasks Commitment to compliance with all security regulations and standards Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels protected!
