Succeed Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid Drivers License Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand written laws, rules, regulations and directives. Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations which pertain to the University. Capable of detecting and reporting conditions which might cause loss or damage to property. Be able to work under stressful situations and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, faculty/staff, students, clients and guests. Ability to make written reports in a clear and concise manner. Must be of good moral character.

Additional Role Information:

Valid drivers license once employed. CPR and First Aid certification necessary after employment. (within probation) Must undergo a background investigation to include a fingerprint search of local, state, and national files to determine whether a criminal record exists. Must not have been convicted by any state or federal government of a felonious crime or its equivalent.
