ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Security Manager with the staffing and training of Security Officers Responsible for security policies and procedures as it applies to the approved System of Internal Controls and Tribal State Gaming Compact Regulations and Emergency Operating Procedures Ensures adequate coverage and ensures Team Members are relieved of their duties in a timely manner per established schedule Completes required documentation, coaching and performance evaluations in a timely manner for all personnel under their supervision Performs Security Officer functions as needed Reviews all Accident Reports, Medical Reports and Security Incident Reports Transports Gaming Chips, Coin, and Cash Reports any improper or illegal or suspected improper or illegal acts directly to the Security Manager Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly working environment Schedules shift assignments Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same Additional duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Required High School Diploma or GED, required 2 years supervisory experience and/or 2 years security/law enforcement experience General knowledge of basic computer skills Basic mathematic proficiency Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, bi-lingual a plus Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team Must adhere to the professional appearance standard as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook Ability to meet attendance guidelines set forth in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment Preferred Extensive professional and college level training 6 months previous customer service or related experience
