Summary of Role The Security Guard i s an early member of Operations as part of a rapidly growing team as it is ramping up its first US manufacturing plant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Improvement efforts in product quality/performance and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all external certification and customer audit requirements.
• Review all EHS policies relevant to the facility and ensures adherence to regulatory and Company standards.
• Adhere to daily, weekly or monthly KPIs relevant to job functions as a Security Guard.
• Ensure that proper procedures are utilized and provide first response efforts in the event of a safety event.
• Develop and maintain documentation of all required activities.
• Leads by example with ANP's Mission, Vision, and Values. This includes following Company policies, standards and specifications.
• Takes initiative to move from problem to solution in a safety-conscious manner.
• Perform hourly patrols of the interior and exterior of the plant.
• Verify the presence of unauthorized personnel and vehicles.
• Inspect facilities for damage, defects, or security concerns.
• Check door access/control status and overall security conditions.
• Continuously monitor CCTV surveillance systems.
• Record patrol activities and incidents in the security logbook.
• Execute emergency response procedures in the event of intrusion, fire, or other security incidents.

• Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds
• Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment
• Willingness to be trained and demonstrate proficiency in security tools such as door access control, camera control apps, etc.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Regular and reliable attendance for the scheduled work hours Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
