This role requires a professional with experience in physical security, firearm handling, and emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment while providing excellent service. Duties Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches Handle firearms responsibly and in accordance with all safety regulations and legal requirements Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and clients while maintaining security protocols Respond promptly to emergency situations, including incidents requiring first aid or CPR Implement emergency response procedures effectively during crises or security threats Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related events or concerns Enforce security regulations and company policies consistently across all areas of responsibility Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and ensure a safe environment Skills Proven experience in physical security and firearm handling with proper licensing and training Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure during emergency situations Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification preferred Familiarity with security regulations, compliance standards, and incident report writing Vigilant attention to detail with the ability to identify potential risks or hazards quickly Physical fitness suitable for patrolling duties and responding swiftly when needed Must be 21 This position offers an opportunity for motivated individuals committed to safety and service excellence.
