Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Site Security Supervisor to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets. This role involves overseeing physical security operations, managing access control, conducting surveillance, and responding swiftly to emergencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive security experience, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe environment. As a Site Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with security regulations while fostering a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily security operations across the site, including patrolling premises and monitoring surveillance systems. Manage access control systems to regulate entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring proper identification and authorization. Conduct thorough background checks on new personnel and perform ongoing screening as required. Respond promptly to incidents, perform emergency response procedures, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities for review and record-keeping. Perform physical security duties such as heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining perimeter integrity through fence checks and patrols. Utilize surveillance equipment like CCTV cameras to monitor activity and identify potential threats or violations of security policies. Enforce compliance with security regulations, conduct conflict de-escalation when needed, and manage conflict situations professionally. Provide first aid support including

CPR, AED

operation, first aid procedures, and use of Taser or firearm handling if required by the role. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting visitors courteously while maintaining strict security protocols. Experience Proven experience in physical security or law enforcement roles with a focus on site supervision or management. Strong knowledge of surveillance technology, access control systems, and emergency response procedures. Experience performing background checks, loss prevention strategies, and conflict management techniques. Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and legal requirements related to security operations. Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively while ensuring safety for all individuals on site. Prior training or certification in first aid (including CPR), AED operation, fire safety procedures, and use of non-lethal weapons such as Tasers is highly desirable.
