As a vital part of our security operations, you will utilize your law enforcement background, surveillance expertise, and conflict management skills to maintain a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring premises through CCTV systems, responding swiftly to incidents, and collaborating with emergency responders when necessary. Responsibilities Maintain constant vigilance through CCTV surveillance to monitor activity across the premises. Conduct thorough patrols of the facility's interior and exterior areas to identify potential security risks or breaches. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies using your conflict management skills. Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical assistance arrives. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring legal intervention. Document all security activities, incidents, and observations clearly in detailed reports for record-keeping purposes. Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong discipline and situational awareness. Valid certification in CPR and first aid; additional certifications such as CCTV operation or loss prevention are a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), security protocols, and loss prevention techniques. Ability to work flexible hours with open availability across all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders or law enforcement agencies. Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond swiftly during emergencies.
