Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Guard will work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Responsibilities Monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of individuals on-site. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing assistance as needed. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies. Provide first aid and CPR as necessary in emergency situations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or suspicious behavior. Qualifications Knowledge of bars and clubs. Strong knowledge of surveillance equipment including CCTV systems. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to observe and report effectively with attention to detail. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
