Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor Duties:

• Develop and manage weekly work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve daily production and quality standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs.
• Train new employees on company policiies, safety procedures, and job-specific tasks.
• Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex situations to upper management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance,productivity, and adherence to goals.

Must be available to cover shifts as needed

Skills:

• Possess current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
• Experience in surveillance and monitoring activities
• Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of security officers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in security management is a plus
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
