Job Summary The Security Agent

50/hour Essential Job Functions Ensure the safety of personnel and protection of company assets and products Monitoring of security systems to ensure serviceability and operability on a daily basis Assist with monthly equipment checks of security equipment and systems Participate or coordinate fire drills, and building evacuations and life safety drills Assist with implementation of security policy, procedure, and protocols Investigate suspicious activity and document in clear methodical manner Coordinate safe and compliant movement of product and assets within the facility Minimum Job Requirements Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Registered Agent Card or equivalent state credentials Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings and background checks Demonstrated understanding of, or willingness to learn, cannabis industry compliance standards including packaging, labeling, and product safety regulations Demonstrated self-defense, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards Effective team player with strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while responding to changing priorities and feedback Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ability to work safely around hazardous chemicals and identify, report, and address unsafe conditions or equipment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions Physical demands
