The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe & secure environment for our clients & their property. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, & a commitment to upholding safety protocols. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss & ensuring the well-being of all individuals on the premises. Responsibilities Monitor & patrol assigned areas to ensure safety & security. Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to observe activities & identify potential security threats. Respond promptly to alarms & incidents, assessing situations & taking appropriate action. Manage conflicts with professionalism & de-escalate situations as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of property to prevent loss & ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide first aid or CPR assistance when required, ensuring the health & safety of individuals on-site. Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, & actions taken during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Certification in CPR & First Aid is Required. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques & loss prevention strategies. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies. - 2pm pm & Saturday 6:30 am
