88 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training Candidate is Required to Have a Concealed Carry Permit and 1+ Years of Previous Security Experience As a Security Officer in Chelsea, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to developing situations. This armed role requires a concealed carry weapons permit. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while contributing to Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government transportation facilities, offices, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vendors, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and public emergency services when needed.
Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrol activity, incidents, observations, and actions taken, while following applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
