Job Description
Weekend Security compensation: up to $18.00 employment type: Part Time job title: Weekend Security 3 shifts (18 hrs) Friday and Saturday 5pm-11pm, Sunday 2pm-8pm Duties and responsibilities' Patrol buildings interior, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and community rooms. Exterior, garages, bike areas, and courtyards To ensure that the housing facility is safe and secured from any sort of contingencies and acts of violence. To keenly observe each and every person entering the premise and to keep an eye on intruders. To prevent the entry of unauthorized people and prohibited articles into restricted areas Communicate with management staff regularly To follow guidelines set forth by the facility Uniformed position and parking is available. Skills Needed Must be able to walk and be on feet for long periods of time Good communication skills Politeness and courteousness Ability to handle and resolve conflicts Attention to detail Knowledge and ability to secure a premise Honesty, dedication, and sincerity Ability to act fast in emergencies Ability to judge and detect possible threats and act accordingly Required Qualifications The minimum requirement for becoming a security guard is a high school diploma or a GED (General Educational Development tests) certification. Must have reliable transportation Clean background check
