The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV. Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and maintain order. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks. Assist in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies. Requirements Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with security equipment such as alarms, cameras, and access control systems. A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Hours Friday & Saturday 11am-7am at our Medford site Mon & Tues 5pm-midnight at our Danvers site
