Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, and customers. This role requires a proactive approach to security, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents. Monitor dispensary access and assist staff to control access to the facility in accordance with State Rules and Regulations. This includes following a strict check-in process, including ID examination and verification and actively monitoring the property. Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity to DOS. Validate & enter customer information with accuracy in our internal systems. Provide the highest levels of customer service. Comply with standard operational procedures and best practices. Complete various duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Protect company and customer information in accordance with policies/procedures In the event of emergency, secure staff, visitors, and building; act as liaison with local police or law enforcement Maintain all visitor and guest logs Engage in de-escalation techniques involving customer disputes. Other duties and responsibilities as needed Shifts include but not limited to: Thursday 8:45am-3pm Friday 8:45am-3pm Saturday 2-9pm Flexibility a must
