$23.00 per hour CSTS is seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Museum Security Officers for a temporary assignment at a museum in Gloucester, MA. This is an immediate-start opportunity for candidates who want to gain valuable security experience in a professional museum environment. Position Responsibilities Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the museum. Monitor visitors, staff, entrances, and designated areas. Conduct routine patrols and security checks. Assist with maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and museum property. Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and policy violations. Complete required incident reports and documentation. Provide courteous and professional customer service to museum visitors. Follow all CSTS and site-specific policies and procedures. Qualifications Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently. Strong communication and observation skills. Ability to interact professionally with the public. Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
